Hello! My name is Julia. I am a full-time photographer. Before I became a professional I have had a lot of private lessons and have invested a lot of hard work. I believe that to become great at anything, it is necessary to have good guidance, which allows learning fast and efficiently.
Now I am receiving a lot of requests about the possibilities of learning courses. Therefore, I have made a course with three important steps which help you start to take really cool pictures.

First step. Theory
We will meet in a cafe or make a video call. I will provide you with the necessary foundation of photography. We will discuss the most important things:
–what are the main and most common mistakes new photographers make? How to make creative photos? We will speak about mood boards and how to generate ideas.
–You will learn everything that you need to know to take photos as a professional: compositions, types of light (triangle of Rembrandt), color combinations.
After the first meeting, you will get a full set of the toolbox to start taking professional photos.
It does not stop with theory, I will give you homework and we will move on to the second step- practical exercises.
Second step. Practice
We will make a photo session with a model in Copenhagen. You will have a chance to realize your photo ideas in life with a model. Do not worry if you have trouble generating ideas, I will provide you with homework before the photoshoot, which will help you develop ideas more easily.
I will teach you how to work with a model, (how to speak, relax and create an easy-going atmosphere)
I will guide you on how to take pictures, including discussing settings of the camera that will allow you to take photos that do not need editing!
We will speak a lot about light and different settings. How to make it more sensitive and artistic.
I will be with you and I will guide you all the time
It will be a practice with the model. You will realize your idea which you will base on the first step of education.
After this step, you will have a foundation to go out and create your own portfolio.
Third step. Editing. Lightroom and Photoshop
We can do this lesson in real life or in Skype.
Third step is editing the photos. We will choose the best photos from our photo session. Then I will show you how I finalize the photos.
I will teach you how to make make color correction in Lightroom. How to make colors deep but not oversaturated.
I will show you all tools and explain each one of them
Photoshop. High-end retouch
Plastic, frequency decomposition, dodge and burn and all tricks how to edit skin
You will be editing photos with me and I will analyze and explain your mistakes.
After this course you will be ready to start your work in photography and take professional photos.
You can book this course after prepayment of 500 DKK
To start you need just a laptop and camera (not necessarily expensive, my first camera cost 3000 DKK). We can do all courses in one day or split for 3 days.
